I LOVE my EXCALIBUR!!!!! I've made kale chips, crackers, beef jerky, chocolate walnut party mix, raisins - all homemade in the Excalibur. They are AWESOME wholesome goodness !!
I'm thinking I may need a second one very soon! I'm wondering how I ever lived without one before now. I turned my craft room into a dehydrating room to store all my goodies! I'm always looking for new recipes and making up my own as well.
