Welcome - to issue 30 of
Easy Food Dehydrating Depot!

Dog Days of Summer!

Ah, the Dog Days of Summer are upon us. And our gardens are providing us with a bounty of Nature's Goodness.

Yeah, alright - so what do you do with all the extra produce?

Well, if you haven't guessed by now: dehydrate it!

Come the cold, winter months - you'll be whipping up soups and stews, made with your (free) dehydrated and re-hydrated veggies!

I knocked myself out recently making mini videos of how to dehydrate different fruits and veggies - so if you like to watch vids, take a peek! (Yes - the background music "may" drive you a little bit nuts after a while - but just get your toe tapping along to it and you'll be just fine!)

You can access the videos from our home page, or on these two pages for fruit or veggies!
