WINNER!
Congratulations Graham!
Ingredients:
2lbs Boston Butt pork
1/2 cup dehydrated mixed vegetables
1/4 cup dehydrated onions
2 slices dehydrated mammoth garlic
3-1/2 cups ham-flavored stock
2 tablespoons plain flour
1 cup wholewheat egg noodles
salt and pepper to taste
Make the stock, add the dehydrated items.
Cut the pork into medium chunks.
Put all into the slow cooker, stir gently to mix the flour in well, then cook on high for four hours, then turn the slow cooker down to low for 2 hours.
Half an hour from the finish, add the whole wheat noodles so they don't disintegrate!
Thanks!
Graham
I have to admit, that I based it on your beef stew recipe as I got a good buy on this Boston Butt pork!
NOTE from EFD: 'mammoth' garlic is the same as 'elephant' garlic!
